At PMActive, we are dedicated to providing children with the tools and skills they need to succeed in sports and in life. We offer a variety of SEND small group school holiday activity sessions.
How we can help
During the school holidays in addition to our own events we also work in partnership with Reigate and Banstead on their R & Be Active holiday programme & Active Surrey on their Holiday Activity & Food (HAF) scheme to offer children with special education needs the opportunity to take part in sports, craft & sensory sessions. Our experienced coaches understand that every child is unique, working in small groups allows everyone to reach their full potential. ​What to expect at our sessions

​​​R&B SEND MULTI-SPORTS:
In our multi-sports activities, we focus on the fundamentals of balance, coordination, and agility to help develop skills in throwing and catching, running, jumping, and balance. At PMActive, we understand that for children with additional needs, certain actions may be challenging. Our qualified coaches have the necessary expertise to adapt activities and help these children reach their full potential. We always prioritise fun and enjoyment through short fun games while ensuring that all children are engaged in the activities. It doesn't matter if the child struggles to listen or would rather explore the equipment independently, our coaches are always on hand to offer guidance and ensure safety.
R&B SEND CREATE & CRAFT:
Prepare to get messy! our sensory sessions are led by a qualified teacher with years of special needs experience, we aim to provide age and needs appropriate activities that are both entertaining and educational. In our sensory sessions we will be focussing on using skills such as hand eye co- ordination, fine motor movements & problem solving to spark the imagination in a fun way. We will spend the session pouring, building and exploring messy activities. This session is open to children with SEND and their siblings, we found from our own experience activities siblings can both access together is rare! With a maximum of 15 children per session, we encourage parents to get involved and explore with the children.
SEND TEEN ACTIVITIES, FOOD & FRIENDS:
An exciting opportunity for your teen to make friends and socialise while engaging in activities they love! out in the park. We offer a wide range of activities from gaming evenings, playing pool and simply a kick about in the park. All sessions are with the support of our friendly PMActive staff, to help your teen will have a fun and enjoyable experience.
