About this session
This SEND multisports day camp for children aged 9-16 year olds with SEND and their siblings. We will play a wide ranges of team games, football, cricket, basketball plus lots lots more. - Sessions are fun focused - A wide range of sports & games - Great for developing independence - Friendly, experienced PMActive staff Young people will be supported on site by friendly & experienced PMActive staff throughout the day. PMActive are a specialist provider of inclusive activities with knowledge of working with those who have SEND. Standard session times: 10.30am - 3.30pm. Extended session time: 9.30 - 3.30pm. The first hour of our session will be a 'chill out time' we will provide a range of activities and opportunities to socialise with peers. Sports activities will start at 10.30am What to bring: - Lunch (NO NUTS) - Water bottle - Sun Hat We would also recommend suncream is applied in the morning before arrival, especially on hot sunny days. Coaches will ensure all young people have access to shade and will encourage regular filling of water bottles from the fountain on site.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, miss, or are unable to attend any session(s) booked with us, no refunds or credits will be given, unless a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling, subject to availability. This includes absences due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. In the rare event that a session is cancelled by us, we will offer either a rescheduled session or a credit/refund for the missed class. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
