Parent Wellbeing Events
At PMActive, we recognise that every parent and carer’s wellbeing journey is unique. That’s why our Parent Wellbeing sessions are designed to offer flexible, inclusive opportunities for adults to focus on themselves while feeling supported by a like-minded community.
Our sessions are relaxed, friendly, and accessible for all — there’s no pressure, just encouragement. Whether you’re joining an evening social to unwind and connect, taking part in a gentle walk, or challenging yourself with a running session, you’ll find a welcoming environment where you can take things at your own pace.
Each activity is designed to help you improve both physical and emotional wellbeing, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of being active. Most importantly, our Parent Wellbeing programme is about taking time for you — creating space to recharge, connect, and feel part of a supportive community.
