Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, miss, or are unable to attend any session(s) booked with us, no refunds or credits will be given, unless a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling, subject to availability. This includes absences due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. In the rare event that a session is cancelled by us, we will offer either a rescheduled session or a credit/refund for the missed class. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
